Ramadan is ending and everything that is counted comes to an end. Today is the last day of Ramadan, a month blessed by the Creator. The month is an opportunity that comes once a year and bestows blessings of different sorts on its observers. Lucky are the ones that comply with Allah’s commands and fast during days of Ramadan and do other good deeds, in addition.

Taming the soul is a noble action. Ramadan tames the soul and tells her to comply with God’s orders regarding the status of Ramadan. It is the tenth month of the Islamic calendar and has been chosen for reasons known to Allah. It is the month of fasting, it is the month of the Qur’an, and it is the month of generosity.
Allah abundantly rewards those who observe Ramadan and double down on increasing their good deeds. All good deeds done in this honoured month are multiplied, helping good doers to depart with enormous rewards. And good actions enable them to progress and pave the way for better living conditions, be they spiritual or otherwise.
When Ramadan ends, all blessings that come with it end, too. Although it is good to celebrate the end of Ramadan, which is Eid day, it is sad to bid farewell to Ramadan and its plentiful prizes. Prayers offered in this month are not as same as other prayers, Qur’an read in the month is weightier than at other times, and charity given out to the poor and the needy is way superior to other times.
Allah specified these doubled rewards to Ramadan so that the faithful should seize the opportunity and take advantage of the month’s offerings.
Ramadan is ending as today is the last day of fasting. We ask Allah to make us reach the next Ramadan and help us get its multi-faceted bounties. As tomorrow is an Eid day, Eid Mubarak to all of you.
